Help Desk Ticket System
The Information Technology & Services Department uses a help desk ticketing system to allow us to better and more efficiently prioritize, track, schedule and respond to your IT/IS service needs.
Due to the high volume of service requests, new projects and initiatives on campus, our staff are increasingly out of the office and away from their phones and email. We also receive many face-to-face requests that are often not properly captured/documented, or are lost/forgotten during times of high activity.
We are requesting all of your requests be entered into this system to allow us to improve our services to you.
