These are the questions/concerns our office hears from the parents of Adrian College students. We hope you find this information beneficial.
Students may view their online account by logging into the student database system, and viewing Transaction History.We cannot release the details of a student’s account to anyone other than the student due to the Privacy Act (FERPA) even though the parent may be paying the bill. Please have your student contact us with any questions. Students may fill out a waiver release for the College to release information to parents.
Credit card payments for the tuition billing statement can be made through ECSI.
Payments made by check or money order can be processed in the Student Business Services Center Cashiers Office.
The charges you can expect to see on the tuition e-statement are available on the Tuition Bill Summary.
The tuition account is the responsibility of the student. If the student has a credit balance the refund is provided to the student, not the person who paid the account. Any collection action that may be required to collect the debt will reflect upon the student.
A credit balance that occurs because of an overage of a Plus loan will be refunded to the parent, unless we receive a letter signed by the parent.
Tuition vouchers (GM, Chrysler and Ford) and miscellaneous scholarships are credited to the student account once the college has received payment for the voucher/scholarship. Invoices are sent to the vendors after the add/drop period.
The College uses adrian.edu email address to communicate with students. Please make sure students check their email during the summer and during breaks for important notices.
