Poster Printer

Adrian College has purchased an Epson Stylus Pro 9900 large format inkjet printer for the creation of research posters and other large-scale materials.

If you wish to have a poster printed, please print and submit this form to David Cruse in Shipman Library along with your file on either USB or DVD and the $40 fee in cash.

    1. This printer is available to students, faculty and staff of Adrian College. At this time, printing for outside parties cannot be accommodated.

    2. Cost per print is based on a standard 36” x 48” rectangle (the standard scale for Ribbons of Excellence Day Posters), and is $40. Larger prints are possible, but require special permission and pricing (based on $10 per linear foot of 36” paper).

    3. Only PDF and pptx (PowerPoint) files types are supported.

    4. Paper is double weight matte, 36”.

    5. Files must be submitted on either CD/DVD or USB Flash drive. Adrian College will not be held responsible for other files on flash drive. Media will be returned with print. Please, use a clear file name (e.g. PRINTME.PDF) so there is no confusion about what to print.

    6. Files will not be edited prior to printing. Adrian College will not be held responsible for formatting or content errors. Any requests for reprinting due to such errors will only occur upon payment of an additional printing fee.

    7. Payment must be made with submission of file. Only cash is accepted for prints.

    8. Faculty/Departments wishing to charge printing to their departmental budgets should consult with David Cruse in advance.

    9. Standard lead time is 48 hours or greater. Expedited service (24 hours) available for an additional $10 surcharge.

    10. Please note: The intended use for this printer is for academic work: posters, presentations, artwork, etc. It is not meant for the printing of promotional materials or other items.
