    Using Library Reserves

Students: Follow these instructions to locate items on reserve, then request materials at the circulation desk. You will need to know your instructor's name, the course number, and the author and/or title of the reserve item you want.

Faculty: Follow these instructions to see what you currently have on reserve. Please include these instructions in your syllabi or demonstrate the process in class. It would help if you refer to items by title as listed in our system. If you have folders, photocopies, etc., please indicate the title as you want it to appear when you submit the items for reserve.

    1. Connect to the Library Catalog.

    2. Click "Reserve Desk."

    3. Enter your instructor's last name and click "Lookup Items on Reserve by Instructor."

    4. If there is more than one course listed, select the correct one, then browse the items on reserve.

    5. You will need the instructor name, course number, author and/or title to request the item at the circulation desk.

If you need any help finding reserves, please ask a librarian.
