Biography

    Dr. Tina Claiborne came to Adrian College as the program director of athletic training in Fall 2007. She earned her BS degree in Athletic Training at Ithaca College, and her MS and PhD degrees in clinical kinesiology and biomechanics from The University of Toledo. Prior to coming to Adrian, Tina was the Athletic Training Education Program Director at the University of Southern Maine. Before becoming an educator, Dr. Claiborne accumulated over 8 years as a clinical athletic trainer in private and public high schools, as well as in the orthopedic sports rehabilitation setting. Tina is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
